Ehrhardt Tool and Machine Company has an immediate opening for a Toolroom Machinist – 1st, 2nd and flexible shift openings. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years Machinist experience and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Primary duties and responsibilities include setup and operate conventional machines; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions; ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. Ehrhardt designs and builds customized tools, dies, special machines and automated equipment to our customer specifications. Ehrhardt provides products and services to our customers in the HVAC, Appliance, Vending Machine, Nuclear Fuels and Automotive industries.
Ehrhardt's manufacturing capabilities are housed in an 82,000 square foot building. The fully air-conditioned building was built for Ehrhardt in 1997 after it became clear that Ehrhardt could no longer expand upon the old facility across the river in St. Louis, Missouri.
We are conveniently located only minutes away from downtown St. Louis off I-270. The facility is located on five acres in an industrial park, allowing for future expansion when needed.
