Why is this man so focused?

This picture from Ehrhardt's archives shows an employee checking a radius with an optical projector in the 1950's. So why is this man so focused? Because quality isn't a new thing for Ehrhardt. It's what we are.

 

Quality Control

With a separate Quality Department and two temperature controlled inspection rooms equipped with a full array of inspection instruments, certified and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) including Coordinate Measuring Machines with up to 200 power video inspection capability, Ehrhardt has the equipment and knowledge to assure that our manufacturing processes are in control.

Ehrhardt's quality system is in compliance with many national and international standards including those required for in-reactor components for nuclear power plants.

 

On-Going Technological Improvement

Ehrhardt is continually testing, evaluating and purchasing equipment, software, information systems and manufacturing techniques in a never-ending effort to remain on the cutting edge of Precision Die Stamping/Automation manufacturing.

Ehrhardt has achieved and maintains ISO 9001 2008 quality management certification. This certification is proof of Ehrhardt's commitment to meeting and exceeding our customers' quality requirements, as well as applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual improvement of performance in pursuit of these objectives.
