Ehrhardt's manufacturing capabilities are housed in an 82,000 square foot building. The fully air-conditioned building was built for Ehrhardt in 1997 after it became clear that Ehrhardt could no longer expand upon the old facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
The manufacturing area consists of 52,000 square feet, featuring twenty-ton crane capacity and punch press capacity from thirty-two tons with 15" x 24" bed size up to and including 800 tons with a 72" x 168" bed size.
All of Ehrhardt's departments, including design and engineering, are located in the new facility along with the production floor, facilitating efficiency and communication. Communication is enhanced by the Cat5 network that runs throughout the entire facility.
The facility is located on five acres in an industrial park, allowing for future expansion when needed.
