Automated Brazing Process
Brazing is the third most highly used form of joining materials in industry. Developing the correct processes, automating them when appropriate and controlling the vari-ables are all necessary to get the best results. Our experience in all forms of metal brazing using flame, induction, convection and laser heat sources with solid, paste and gas fluxes assure you of getting the right solution resulting from consideration of all possible methods. Our knowledge of materials, heat treating and machine production is unique.
Single Cell Automation
There is no effective solution unless it is commercially viable. Matching the cost of the solution to the value of the problem is key to success for both of us. We have produced simple cells that remove the human variable while using the human interface to handle the part variability. Some automation is needed for safety of the worker while in other cases repeatability and consistency requires the integration of machines. The process starts with a clear definition of the problem and evaluating possible solutions—just give us a call.
Advanced Process Design
When the solution requires complete integration of all parts of the process including the brazing, our experience is second to no one. We employ system designers, sensor technicians, programmers, safety experts, mechanical engineers and process flow specialists.
All these disciplines are needed to balance and control a multitude of variables in a fully automated process.
Our experience includes automated heat exchanger production lines, complete cabinet lines for HVAC , enclosure lines for electrical components and complete large appliance production lines. You deserve and require a robust, reliable and changeable process design to produce your product and protect your customers. Contact us early in the project for the most value from our expertise.
The Ehrhardt Story
Ehrhardt purchased Cybertech in November of 2009 and combined their engineering expertise in brazing with the material handling and automated production lines of Ehrhardt to produce a fully automated coil brazer for the HVAC industry. With 85,000 sq ft of manufacturing and engineering space and over 100 employees, the combined resources can now produce systems from simple single cell auto-mation to entire production lines.
