ALCO Industries CEO Larry Way retires after 34 years of service to the shareholders and employees of Alco Industries in Norristown, PA. Alco is the parent company of Ehrhardt and is an ESOP with eight manufacturing companies throughout the US and Canada. Larry’s career including assignments at Alco Standard and Miller Chemical before becoming Alco’s President and then the CEO.
During his tenure, the company dramatically increased the share value and provided fully funded pension plans for previous employees through profitable operations and fund management. Ehrhardt President Bob Roseman attended the retirement dinner and presented Larry with an award produced at Ehrhardt by company employees.
