Automated gag louver die » Shown at right is a section of an automated gag louver die that can stamp parts using over 100 different blank sizes utilizing a PLC for part selection.	^ Click here to enlarge image

Progressive die » Shown at right is a progressive die to produce one half of a two piece appliance vent tube part for gas and electric ranges. Ehrhardt manufactured both dies and the assembly equipment which crimped the two parts together to produce the final airtight assembly. Ehrhardt designed and built this particular tooling to produce a family of louvered furnace doors in various sizes.
