automated residential furnace wrapper line
This
Line will run four (4) different parts in both painted and galvanized
materials. Stations are: 1.) De-stacker (not shown), 2.) Punch
Cell, 3.) Side Bend, 4.) End Bend and 5.) U-Bend. Line capable
of running additional parts with minimal changeover. |

A Louvering/Edge Forming/End Forming and U-Forming process line
for outdoor condensing unit enclosures.

This is the station in the louver cabinet wrapping line that U-bends
the 3-sided enclosures for outdoor condensing units.

PLC controlled process line »
Shown here is a computer-controlled process line to punch, cut
off, roll form and finish form furnace blower wrappers.
This single line can produce wrappers in five different widths
and two different lengths with various hole configurations and
features.

Assembly machine »
Shown here is a two-position assembly machine for crimp-closing
range flue boxes. The flue box component parts were produced on
tooling designed and built by Ehrhardt. |
