Ehrhardt Precision Products, a division of Ehrhardt Tool and Machine Co., specializes in very high precision applications, including the nuclear fuels industry.

We have over 30 years of experience in producing components and tooling for nuclear fuel. Some of our specialties include spacer parts and tooling, machining of fuel bundle components, machining of castings, and product design assistance.

Our capabilities include progressive, single hit, and transfer stamping, via a large assortment of hand, mechanical, robotic and servo presses from 30 to 90 tons. Our heat treatment capabilities include an in-house vacuum furnace with a 24" x 24" x 40" (0.6 x 0.6 x 1.0 m) all metal hot zone, and heat treatment for Inconel and zirconium alloys. We have the ability to heat treat high temperature alloys without distortion. Additionally, EPP offers high-temperature brazing for in-reactor use, including stainless steel and Inconel, as well as assembly and high-precision welding.
