Whether it's progressive, robot-loaded or hand-loaded tools that are required, Ehrhardt has the capability to provide your tooling. Ehrhardt has extensive experience with engineering and design for a diverse group of customers in many different industries.

Our staff includes Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers (some with Tool and Die Maker backgrounds), Electrical and Control Systems Design Engineers, and Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems Designers. Ehrhardt currently employees over sixty Tool and Die Makers, Machinists and Machine Operators, four Sales Estimators and a full office support staff. Ehrhardt boasts a weekly labor hour throughput in excess of 3,200 hours

Ehrhardt's CNC Department has more than ten spindles with a full complement of tooling and CNC machinists to produce tooling and machine components.

Stampings and toolings »
Ehrhardt provides a wide range
of stamping and production solutions to our customers. We provide several industries with very precision stampings and assemblies made from exotic materials. We can provide both tooling and stampings, providing our customers with a single source for their sheet metal parts.

« Welding/fabrication area
Ehrhardt performs all of the welding and fabrication of special machines and automation systems in house using SMAW, GTAW and GMAW welding methods.

Solid model programming
and tracing »
High speed and high precision milling machines coupled with solid model programming and tracing equipment gives Ehrhardt the capability to produce precision shapes from hardened tool steel without any grinding or hand fitting.

Modern wire EDM equipment give Ehrhardt the capacity and capability to supply a large quantity of precision tooling and machine components; this allows shorter lead times.

Our CNC Ram EDMs' large work tanks, multiple electrodes, and ability to run unattended allow us to work around-the-clock producing precision components.
